About Us
Our Director and Founder, Imogen Davidson
UK Probate was created with a single aim - to help people deal with a potentially daunting process at a very difficult time in their lives.
Born from personal experience, and the limited options that were available at that time, UK Probate bridges the gap by providing 100% fixed fee services, known to our clients from the outset, and keeping these fees as low as possible.
All our prices are a fair reflection of the time and work involved in each of our services.
We are a national company, working with clients across England & Wales. Our Director, Imogen Davidson, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2001, gaining her practicing certificate in 2006. Meet the Team- Regulated and insured - We are authorised and regulated by the ICAEW - the world leading professional organisation that promotes, develops and supports over 147,000 chartered accountants worldwide.
- Professional - We are a firm of Chartered Accountants - we do the work. We do not have a call centre.
- Not middlemen - Your details are NEVER passed on or sold; we were GDPR compliant before it was a statutory requirement. Your details are confidential and safe.
- No upfront payment - There's nothing to pay upfront, you only pay us when Probate is issued.
- One fee for all - We work with clients where the deceased had a will and where they did not (intestate). The fee is the same.
- Lowest cost - If you get a cheaper quote elsewhere for the same service we will match it. We will not be beaten on price.
- One point of contact - You will deal with the same person from start to finish. You will have their phone number and email address and can contact them any time of the day or night - they'll answer as soon as they can, often out of hours.
- Quick, efficient service - We usually respond to clients in a matter of minutes, whatever the time of day.
- Reducing the stress - We ask for the information we need and then do the work for you.
- UK wide - We work with clients all across England & Wales, so if you're in Cornwall or Cardiff, London or Newcastle, Manchester or Abersoch, we can help.
